Unfortunately, the camera functions don't work at all. I tried on two different phones. The face does not appear in the frame, the document does not appear in the frame, there is a huge lag, so you end up capturing a weird corner of the face. To top it off, it makes you start over every time there is a glitch, so even if you miraculously took a selfie, you lose it if the document isn't captured. Which it isn't.

I have tried this app on three different phones and it will not recognize the applicant's face. I tried different angles, lighting, front and back cameras, and made sure the person was correctly in frame. This would be less frustrating if there was a way to submit photos for manual review, as this is becoming a burden for the applicant because their claim can't be processed.

This app is difficult for seniors to use. There are too many details to read, especially with the user agreement and privacy policies. Worse yet, the photo process for the personal document shows a super zoomed-out result, making it hard to tell if the photo that was taken was clear.
